"We went to Las Gaviotas for a 60 th birthday celebration and Scott’s house was perfect for 3 couples. The beds were comfortable, nice tiled bathrooms, big couch for everyone to stretch out, and comfortable outside lounge chairs and patio set. The owner is very communicative and always responded quickly to inquires. This is a beachfront property and it is by far the best house we have stayed in at Las Gaviotas . "First of all the property was beautiful! It was very clean and spotless. Property manager Gave us complementary snacks and drinks. Balcony was very spacious and gives you a great view of the beach. Property manager had the decency to give us more time to check in and check out, wonderful experience over all! Would definitely recommend."

"Very beautiful and clean corner house. You can smell the cleaningness. Plenty of spacious rooms and restrooms. Giant kitchen space with seating. Two great spaces to lounge, upstairs and downstairs. Gated security community. Right off Highway 1. Minutes to Rosarito and very close to Puerto Nuevo! 😊Karina was very helpful and accommodating on any questions we needed answered right away! You wont be disappointed!!!!!!"

"Definitely the best villa in La Paloma. Ocean view was amazing from almost any room in the entire place. The kitchen was well stocked so that made cooking super easy. Wifi and tvs in the rooms with netflix helped with keeping or little ones entertained. Jacuzzi and pool was enjoyed by my mother in law, the kids had fun walking the grounds playing in the playground. The small bbq did the job for both nights of grilling. "Wonderful, large property that was just as advertised. A bit scruffy around the edges, but was very clean and well stocked with everything you'd need. TV can be a bit spotty, and hot water didn't work in one of the showers, but for the price it's hard to beat. Las Gaviotas is a great location with large pool, jacuzzi, food onsite, and easy access to a few nearby bars and restaurants. We'll be back!"

"I have stayed in this hotel before and they havent disappointed me yet. Friendly staff, attentive to our needs and requests, with smiles, great attitude and willingness to assist. They informed me in advance of the noise level due to surrounding clubs, which I was fine with because that is why I wanted to stay there and because it doesnt affect my sleep, in the least. The food at the El Patio.. where breakfast is provided by hotel was delicious, even for the pickiest eaters! I will absolutely recommend and stay here anytime I come to Rosarito"
