“My family and I always stay at the Hyatt. We feel safe. They don’t let anyone in the property unless you are staying there. They lock the car garage at night. The location is perfect. You’re a few minutes from everything. You cross the street and have yummy restaurants. The staff is great. They are also remodeling. The breakfast in the morning is really good. Don’t have anything bad to say about this hotel.”

“Stayed in room 102. During our stay we seen multiple cockroaches, the sheets had stains and dark shoe marks, the floors were cracked and scratched.
The front desk man woke us up at 2:30 am by knocking loudly at our door because he wanted to get an identification card from 1 of our guest. Mind you we had already checked in at 11:00 pm. Very odd and inconsiderate behavior to wake us up at 2:30 am for something that can wait till the next morning.”

Staff is friendly and greets you with a smile.
