"Friendly staff. When my 3 year old granddaughter went into the wave pool with her snorkel, a young man approached her Mommy to say that wasn’t allowed. Her Mommy asked him to explain it to the toddler. He was kind and told her she couldn’t have the snorkel. He was so nice. Appreciated his gentle demeanor. We will be returning for another stay soon!"

"The condo itself was clean and nice. It had plenty of room and everything we needed. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because when you check-in you go to the front desk check-in and then they send you to another room where they try to sell you a timeshare (want you to sit in a presentation) and when you tell them “no” they get rude. Just not a pleasant way to start a family trip."

"The unit we stayed in was very clean , I would like to have had a coffee maker in kitchen, We did find that the phone was sitting on table by the couch, but it was not plugged in, I realized this when I could not get wifi on my phone, I found phone jack across the room and plugged it in to call the desk, they were able to get wifi working once my husband went to the office. "Gracious host who were Flexible and Available! Cute cabins! Two large dining tables and chairs were set up in the gigantic kitchen that accommodated all 18 of us! There was something for everyone to do. We enjoyed the game room and playing foosball, pool, ping pong, and basketball shoot out as well as weight equipment. Petting the kitten, dogs, horse and cow, and the playground was entertained the younger ones and little Henry loved the little train! Plus the basketball court, barbecue grill and...
