"This is a wonderful apartment in a delightful town. It is biking and swimming heaven. The apartment is spacious, light and airy, and even though the weather was very hot it stayed cool. "The self check-in facility wasn't working and it took 30 minutes and phone conversations with 3 people before a very helpful lady was able to assist. Another guest spoke to us during that time to say he'd had trouble checking in 3 days earlier and had not had any wifi access at all for his stay. "The apartment is perfect for two - three adults and is a great "base" for local hiking in Switzerland and Austria. The drive time to Santis in Switzerland was 60-90 minutes and there are other local trails that were enjoyable. We did not engage in activities on the lake, but did walk pathway on the edge and it was nicely maintained with many local restaurant options. I recommend the place as it was close to the city, alpine hiking, clean, and good amenities in the kitchen."

After speaking to what looked like the bar manager he says 7pm so we had a drink at the bar to wait. He suggested nibbles which we had and got charged over the top for them 7pm came and went and we enquired if our table was ready at 7.20pm. he shrugged us off and ignored us after this so we ended up leaving at 7.45 to find a restaurant elsewhere.
