The handle of the rocks is a private estate of 8 ha of tropical garden (fenced and secured with etplaces parking attendant) located about 3km from the village of St-François and 30 km from the airport.


Our apartments were completely renovated and furnished in late 2013
They are fully equipped, household linen, bed linen and towels are provided.

The domain has its own pool, the largest swimming pool in the Caribbean which is facing Marie-Galante (beautiful view), a pond was planned for children.

Its equipped private beach (huts) with its diving club and restaurant. The beach and pool are lit at night. The diving club offers to rent fins, masks and snorkels.

The restaurant / snack / bakery in the 'ti Coco' offers breakfast and good bread in the morning, it remains open for lunch and dinner.

A tennis court, mini golf and a petanque are available.

The apartment has a bathroom with walk-in shower, terrace, air conditioning and a ceiling fan, a double bed (160x190) and a convertible sofa bultex (120x190) .
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, hob, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and all the necessary kitchen equipment.

The apartment is equipped with a flat screen + USB port, DVD player and Freeview. In a washing machine, a hairdryer, a table and an iron and ironing board and a drying room.

Baby equipment is available on request: cot + mattress + screen + sheets, sterilizing bottles, pilot, high chair, recliner, seat 1st and 2nd age age, bath etc ...
 
Sheets, towels, tea towels and mats are provided.

The Home: The inventory is made on arrival and departure.

The keys will be hand delivered to the site.

On arrival a basket with everything needed for the 'ti-punch' will be offered.

Was perfect! I don't know if it was because of the Covid lock-down (2.5 years locked in Canada) but our vacation was... dreams come true!!! The property was perfectly clean (the building is a little bit worn off...) everything was as promised... Amazing!!! Very friendly owner, excellent communications... couldn't ask for more! Only suggestion: please change the brooms: with the sand that was coming with us every day... new broom will be perfect, to can keep it clean... Thank you Mileydys!!! Hope to come again!!! Nous avons réserver dans un endroit magique avec un appartement vue sur la mer. Très bien équipé pour 4 personnes. Les ++++ à rajouter : la mer à proximité de l'appartement (3 minutes à pied), la piscine à débordement de 1000 m2 avec vue sur mer réservée aux résidants, Sécurité parking (vigile), propreté de la résidence, tranquillité des lieux. Nous recommandons le chaleureux accueil de notre hôte, dommage que nous n'ayons pas pu faire plus ample connaissance. Personne dynamique et très souriante ! accueil avec punch et petites attentions !! ce fut le rêve à la Guadeloupe !!! à refaire très vite !!!

appartement correspondant a l annonce si se n est que propriétaire inexistant a l arriver et encore plus a notre départ ... impossible de profiter de la terrasse infecté de moustique donc impossible pour ma fille de dormir sur canapé convertible obliger de passe notre séjour a 3 dans le même lits... Endroit très agréable une piscine a débordement au bord de la mer,plage privée très agréable et très belle si se n est quelques ruine qui dénature le cite et qui puis est juste en face de l appartement qui je pense reste la cause d infections de moustique car eau stagnante.....ect... La Guadeloupe reste une île paradisiaque qui nous réserve énormément de surprise des gens très agréable ,accueillant,souriant ... Rien de tel que de déguster un petit planteur les pieds dans l'eau...
