“Thebhotel and room were dated and room air-conditioning was poor. The sink in the hand bath was blocked and water ran slow. Toom is a bit dark. For almost 500 pounds a night i woild stay in the Premium inn next”

“Everything was great from the check in staff, to the room and the breakfast and dining room. The room is stylishly decorated and the bathroom is large with walk-in shower. The tablet was handy to request extra items such as coffee, towels etc. The dining area was just as elegant and accommodated our family gathering of 11...large table, drinks...”

“Staff welcoming and friendly. Very accomodating. Room clean and bed comfy. Breakfast was great, lots of variety. ”

“First of all, my Oyster card which was inserted to keep the electricity on, was gone after the housekeeping. Second, the room I stayed in was very noisy. I could hear other residents scrolling up / down their curtain. Every time there was someone passing by the corridor, opening or closing the door, I could hear it very clearly. There is no view at all from my room. ”

“I booked under VIP access. When I arrived, they didn't give me any upgrade or 20% food and beverage discount coupon. I need to ask the reception. He said my room already upgrade and no more 20% discount coupon but my colleague booked without VIP access. Her room is higher floor and even nicer than mine. I felt cheating. ”

“My stay was in January. It was cold outside but my room was very nice and heat was easy to regulate. Room was very clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast was really good. I would highly recommend.”

“Room was spacious and very clean. Tasty breakfast and you will experience the enthusiasm of all staffs. The Lockside restaurant bar was excellent in service and tasty food and drink. Good atmosphere for visitors relaxing after day out. The hotel was located 15 minutes walk to most attractions.”

“We found the stay incredibly convenient to all the Dublin attractions. The facility was excellent and the staff even better. We had a car and parking is usually difficult in Dublin. They had unlimited in/out for 25 Euro/day which worked excellent. We’d like to give specific accolades to Kenneth, the porter who was especially helpful with bags, the vehicle, and arranging tours. Highly recommended!”
