“The property was beautifully decorated and very clean. The location was perfect; the patio faced the beautiful Orient Bay Beach and we could watch the kite and wind surfers while enjoying a meal or drink. Restaurants and grocery were very nearby. Sarah was very patient with us, as we had difficulty finding the property without knowledge of the island and GPS, but we thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay in St. Martin. Highly recommend!”

The house is in between two very lively bars so if you want peace and tranquility, this is not the place for you. “Location was great as was pool. Easy walk to the beach and pretty view.Listing should say there is onsite manager to greet you. Great little market and pizza place on property. Room was nice as pictured. Could use a toaster or toaster oven as well as a few beach supplies like a cooler. Issues with ants in kitchen and doorway. Dont leave any food or crumbs as ants abound! Couldn't figure out the washer? Overall very pleasant.”

“We had a great stay at this beachfront condo. The view is spectacular, and having the huge terrace is a real bonus. Although we did not cook any meals, my wife said that the kitchen was very well - equipped. It was great having breakfast at Captain Frenchy's -- we enjoyed drinks in the afternoon there as well. There are many fabulous restaurants all within walking distance -- that was a real bonus. Finally, there was a parking place provided -- critical in this location! We cannot wait to...

“We had a wonderful stay at this apartment location was amazing, walking distance to restaurants and shops in Grand Case, quieter side of the beach, simply perfect for a couple get away. “This unit is on the beach above the pool. We watched sunrise every morning. You can close the hurricane shade if you sleep late. From Mt. Vernon is a 15 minute walk down the beach to the Orient Bay Beaches & restaurants. Drive there in 10 minutes. Plenty of parking at Mt. Vernon. Very quiet place to stay. We’re definitely going to be back.”

“The apartment was conveniently located and easily accessible to the island's attractions. However, the pillows were thin and unsupportive. Otherwise, everything else was excellent.”

“Visited with my 2 daughters, 11 and 16 years old. Wonderful beachfront location, near multiple beach day accommodations, neighbors to Coco Beach where we had a great open-air lunch (note: Coco Beach had a raging dance party one evening, which was loud, but it is one night per week only and ended at 10pm sharp). Nice, shared pool to change pace from the beach. House was generously sized, well decorated and appointed. Hope to return.”
