The open-concept kitchen provides a stylish, functional space with a breakfast bar and has all of the high-end appliances and tools you could need. Enjoy your morning Nespresso coffee, boil water in seconds on the induction range, and cook quickly in the convection oven. Kitchen essentials such as plates, utensils, and pots/pans are provided. The dining area is perfect for enjoying meals or gathering with friends and family.
Upon entering your spacious primary bedroom, you'll find a California king bed, dresser and walk-in closet, en suite bathroom with double sinks and a separate room for the toilet and shower, as well as sliding doors that open up to fresh air and views of the city.
In the second private bedroom you will find a comfortable a queen-sized bed ready, a desk for any work or study needs, lamps for ambient lighting, a dresser and closet, and a full-sized mirror. The private bathroom is well-appointed, featuring a tub/shower combo and a vanity with a mirror and lots of storage.
An in-unit washer/dryer makes life easy.
The building features a pool and hot tub, secured fob access, gated parking (2 dedicated spots), storage in the garage, a mailroom, and an available room for nightly rentals in the lobby.
Cortez Hill is a quiet corner of downtown San Diego. So you'll enjoy easy, walkable access to all the city has to offer - but a quiet place to come home and unwind at the end of the day. Within a 10 minute walk you can find yourself enjoying dinner or a wine bar in Little Italy, taking in the nightlife in the Gaslamp district, checking out museums or theater in Balboa Park, meeting friends in Bankers Hill, or catching a Padres game at Petco Park.
Coming home from exploring the city, you'll find quiet tree-lined streets, Bird Park about a block away (a favorite for dog walkers), the historic El Cortex (and it's iconic neon sigh), an with a one block radius you'll find an authentic Italian restaurant, a mini mart, a pilates studio, a yoga studio, and a 7-11 for your light night snack cravings.
