"This condo is nicely located right in the heart of Oranjestad and exactly as pictured. Huge Convenience of the neighboring parking lot. Walking distance to a lot. Only thing we didn’t love was the size - it’s a very small condo and feels a bit cramped. I’d also recommend some black out shades being that 90% of the condo is glass windows. "

"We spent 8 nights here in June 2023. The deck for watching the ocean and sunsets was amazing. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was adequate for us, the SuperFoods is quite close and has good selection. We appreciated the elevator, the multiple pools and the washer/dryer. The check in was quick and easy and Ursula was a big help when we had questions. We recommend this apartment!"

"Overall the property is nice, clean, and conviently located. Unfortunately the washing machine, dryer and dishwasher were not working properly. We reported the problems, and only the dryer ended up working. I don't mind that we had to wash dishes, we don't use that many. But to not have a working washing machine was very inconvienent, beach towels and clothing needed to be washed."

"Perfect spot to stay especially if doing the rental car thing. The pool is dope and has food/drink service, and then you have an array of incredible beaches you can drive to in less than 10 minutes. Tons of places you can walk to from this place as well since you're downtown. Loved the marina and seeing the cruise ships come and go, definitely a nice touch!"
