"The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is dated but comfortable,clean and great value for money. It is situated right in the hub of the harbour and close to the old town and shops. We've stayed here a couple of times and will definitely be coming,back. Theres great entertainment daily and a real feel of that holiday feeling ."

"Excellent breakfast buffet, friendly and helpful staff, especially Phillipa at the front desk. The hotel is on a cliff overlooking the ocean, and a short walk into the high street area. Unfortunately they were remodeling some areas so we only had one elevator. I stayed on the fourth floor and had a great view of the coastline and the city. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very clean and modern. I would definitely stay here again."

"The view was amazing and property was clean and comfortable , it had everything we needed and was central to Folkestone and Hythe. Lots of great places to eat in Sandgate and a very well stocked convenience store. "
