Nice quiet area, we were in the back by the alley way which is fine because the homes there have cameras facing our cars. Friendly staff when I checked in.
Second time staying here in two different sized rooms. For the price in Santa Barbara it is nice. Beds are comfy, pool was small but kids loved it, and it is walkable but a bit long getting back uphill after a long day with littles. If doing it again we would walk all the way down and get a ride back up the hill. Staff was super friendly!
I love this place The rooms are nice staff is great
are real nice and it's just real secluded feeling I like to get away it's nice I'll stay here whenever I can thank you
This is my 1 of 2 favorite spots in SB! The staff is great they help whenever you need something and they leave you alone when you don't. It is super clean and just an all around cool place! Thank you!

I really love this place The staff and the accommodation everything's good there I just I really like it!
We got to our room and found ants all over the room. We went to let them know and asked for a different room. The staff member apologized and was kind enough to upgrade our room as well. It was really sweet and made our trip even better.
The room was a very nice size. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. There are a couple of convenience stores nearby and a few restaurants within walking distance. There was a gas station across the street as well, so it was very convenient for us.
It was a great experience very clean rooms there was one young man in the office very clean professionally young person explain the whole day out of the place he was just great customer service too bad it was only one person but they're all in all those great experience
Staff was awesome and very knowledgeable about the area. Place is hip and chic, parking was a breeze and the room is perfect size. Can’t wait to come back again.
Room very clean , front desk manager was so accommodating very helpful of what to do in town where to eat Ect. Only 1 thing is that a fluffy pillow or maybe 2 pillows would have been great but I also didn’t ask for an extra pillow. Location to State Street shops and restaurants was excellent.
We enjoyed staying at the Orange Tree. It was a clean, simple room and a good price in a great location. Will definitely be on the list of places to stay on the next trip to Santa Barbara.
Great little hotel. Clean, well kept. Would absolutely stay again.
