The room is spacious and clean. I didn't like that the TV wasn't facing the bed or the sofa. The staff is friendly. The pool is large and clean. Breakfast is very good. The Italian restaurant is good and has reasonable prices for a hotel.

Cielo Lodge was a dream come true. Elegance meets sustainability in an intimate collection of cabinas that are spacious, gorgeous and comfortable. The bathrooms are designed to bring the outside in - even when opting for the indoor shower. Situated up near the canopy of the rainforest the grounds offer tremendous views and vigorous hikes including to a waterfall with a crisp, cool swimming hole. The food was delicious and served with attention and kindness overlooking the pool that mirrored the night sky. The staff were exceptional overall and all bringing coffee to my door at dawn was a personal favorite.

Family vacation, fishing trip, party of 8. From check in to check out, everything went perfect. Oman organized a special dinner for us; the fish we caught. Very impressive meal and complete service executed flawlessly. The musicians that performed in the restaurants were incredible, best anywhere.

The room with the private pool was awesome. The staff was exceptional, friendly, helpful and polite. The restaurant is great, the menu amazing and the service is word class. We can only recommend all activities they offer. The guides are very knowledgeable and make you feel safe and taken care of.
