Simple and Covenient

Quiet cottage

This has quickly become our favorite family getaway! The location is perfect if you want to be close to Seaside and beach access but have a peaceful environment. The house has everything you need, but doesn't feel overdone or cluttered as some beach houses tend to be. The addition of the golf cart was so appreciated!!

wonderful stay

the only downside was the traffic! We had to stay away from 30A, which made it difficult to get to wedding at Watercolor resort.

Cute House, Well stocked, Friendly Host

We loved our stay at the Blue Pearl. It was tucked away a little further than we normally stay...but a short walk to the beach with bikes and a golf cart - so super easy to get to anything. The host was very friendly and the house was cute with a porch and quiet neighborhood and everything you could need. It was perfect for our needs. Thanks!

Adorable Beach Cottage

The property was very well stocked and had plenty to offer. It was a golf cart away from the beach and shops in Seaside. The owner was very responsive.

Loved it!

Such a fabulous find, 3 nice size bedrooms, very clean, new and freshly decorated open concept home. Just private enough within walking distance to the beach, hiking and bike trails. I highly recommend this home and am thankful to have stayed....loved it!

Long Weekend

We really enjoyed our stay at the Blue Pearl for a long weekend with family including adult son. Heather was great quickly responding with clear, concise directions and other information. The property was clean, spacious and close proximity to beach. The gas stove and oven were a huge plus for us since we enjoy cooking fresh seafood. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect beach cottage

This was our second time to stay at the Blue Pearl and it was just as magical as our first! The house was clean, well organized and cozy. The location is perfectly tucked away from the main road but close to the beach. We loved taking a walk or short golf cart ride a couple of times per day. Our visit was very rainy, but having such a lovely place to stay made relaxing in the rain just as enjoyable as a sunny beach day! Hope we can make it back soon!

Very nice clean home

This house was very clean and new and nice, great supplies, plenty of towels, and brand name products. All around a great house and good value. My only feedback on improvements needed was that the hot water supply is very minimal, only enough for a very short shower.

Perfect!

We came into town for a seaside wedding. We stayed at the Blue Pearl as a family of 6 and were more than comfortable. Usually pictures are better than in person, but this isn’t the case with this house. It was clean, spacious, and just beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay and are already looking to rebook. It’s the perfect spot!

Relaxing stay in Seagrove

First time staying in Seagrove on 30A - we usually stay near Blue Mountain beach. The whole family enjoyed this trip, and the home helped make that happen. House is clean and feels fresh. Appliances are new and the space is good for a family of 5 or 6.Front and backyard had grass and gave a home-y feel. We saw deer down the street, used the YOLO bikes for a 15 mile bike ride (Rosemary beach RT), took the golf cart to explore Seaside and spent time at the beach down the street. We even rented a pontoon boat in PCB for the day (45 min away) and did some fishing. There are many shopping/eating areas accessible from this home, including a Publix under 2 miles away. All in all, a relaxing getaway with enough space for our family, that felt new and clean. Only thing I would have liked to see in the home would be ceiling fans in the bedroom for comfort. Great trip and a great home!

Fantastic In Every Way

Long beach weekend with the family in this great house. We were impressed with how well stocked this house was. Unlike other rentals, everything you needed was in hand. From beach chairs & umbrellas, to bikes, to a well stocked kitchen, this place was perfect. Also, it’s easy access to the beach but far enough away for nice quiet nights. We will be staying here again. All the family loved it

Excellence at the Blue Pearl

The Blue Pearl was PERFECT! The location was fantastic. We loved how it was tucked on the back side of a Main Street which made it quiet yet SO convenient. The cleanliness was a 15/10. All the little extra touches that made it suitable for a family with children were SO valuable. The beds/furniture were extremely comfortable. The beach toys/bikes in the outdoor shed were a real treat. We would absolutely book to stay here again!

Summer beach trip

Our family has been visiting 30A for many years. We enjoyed a lovely stay at the the Blue Pearl! The house was spacious enough for 2 adults and 3 teens. This rental was clean, nicely updated, with beautiful finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms, and equally beautiful furnishings throughout. The house was well-equipped with any and everything that you could possibly need for a beach trip including a well-equipped kitchen, 4 great bikes and plenty of beach gear. Heather was incredibly kind and easy to work with. She was very accommodating. She responded quickly to my questions or concerns and this was very much appreciated! She even left the most detailed instructions regarding the use of the house and as a detail-oriented person I appreciated that. I would without a doubt rent this place again!

Great stay!

We had a great stay at the Pearl! It was clean and fine perfect size for us! The location was great! Easy golf ride to Sea Side. Our friends have a house in Watercolor which was also a short golf ride away. Heather was super responsive and even reached out when we left a few things and we were able to run back over and grab :) 10/10

Fantastic Stay, Great area of Seagrove

We enjoyed staying at the Blue Pearl in Seagrove. Heather was prompt in her response to a question I had when checking in. The bikes were a huge plus, as we took a 15 minute ride to Seaside many times and it was seamless. The public beach access is right down the main street, San Juan, and there are chairs and a canopy available for rent.

Quiet home right next to everything

This was the perfect house for our family of 6. Quietly tucked at the end of a road with virtually no traffic. Still only a 3 minute golf cart ride to the beach or 7 minutes into Seaside. The house was clean and well maintained. Heather was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Would highly recommend.

Very well stocked , nice beds well laid out . Owner had to provide directions was a little difficult . My family’s only issue was. The shower handle was for a child not adults . Maybe a longer pole extension?
