Just FYI: Pool pass is not included with your stay & a day pass for the pool is 40 for two people which is ridiculous but not any fault of the property owner, personally I would remove the “communal pool” from the listing since it is not included and is misleading if a family is specifically looking for access to a pool. “**What We Loved:**Spacious, clean, and quiet retreat with a well-stocked modern kitchen and powerful AC. The walk-in shower was excellent, and we loved being just steps from the beach (3-minute walk) and a short stroll to Salty Dog marina. Great access to Sea Pines’ bike paths with plenty of parking.**Minor Notes:**The beach is actually on the sound rather than ocean (no waves) and no community pool available. **Bottom Line:**Fantastic, comfortable stay in an ideal location. Highly recommend!”

“Place was spectacular, clean, and awesome location. Quiet neighborhood but easy access to all the great spots in sea pines. We had four families with 6 teenagers and had plenty of room and everyone loved the house. Owner was easy to reach and sent easy instructions for check in and check out!Highly recommend!”

“The photos in the house do not do it justice. Tom's house was absolutely perfect for our extended family. It is a short bike ride to the beach and to Harbor Town, and a quick walk to the community pool and the shoppping center with a cafe, restaurants, and a convenience store. The beds weree comfortable, the house was absolutely spotless, and the ktichen was well-equipped and spacious. Tom was incredibly responsive, and didn't even mind when I asked him questions that his very thorough check-in...
