"It’s always great when something exceeds your expectations, and both the property and the responsiveness of the owner did just that. The house was perfect and extremely well appointed. We needed nothing but groceries to make our stay perfect. When I grilled some steaks our second night there, I noticed one of the burners was not working. I let the owner know that evening, and we had a brand new grill on the deck, set up and ready to go, by noon the next day. Our stay was a truly five-star experience!"

"The property was large and fit our family of seven nicely. It was well equipped if somewhat rundown. The air conditioning broke but was quickly repaired. The refrigerator leaked and we had to place a towel under the door. The house could use some tlc but was overall a very nice place to stay."

"Our family visited for the week of July 4th and loved staying at this property. With three kids and two working parents, the home provided everything we needed to get away but still sneak in some work from time to time. The two-family room layout was perfect for the kids to watch movies at night while mom and dad could reconnect over a glass of wine in the separate living room. If you need a family home in Sea Pines and don’t require a pool, this home is perfect!"

"Note: Bring cash for the resort pass at the gate. We absolutely loved staying here. We were looking for a private place to stay close to the beach & restaurants that would welcome our little furbaby and we were fortunate to find this place. It was absolutely adorable. The window all around bringing so much light & views of nature. We were so happy to see a fully functional kitchen as we were able to run to the grocery store for a few items so we can enjoy occasional breakfast and lunch at the property. Cleanliness; nothing puts your mind at ease when staying at a rental like walking in to the property & you are treated by the sent of cleaning products.lol I loved that I could tell not only by visual inspection but it smelled so fresh and clean. We really enjoyed the having the deer visit. I felt like I was living in a Disney movie. Sitting outside downstairs & hand feeding the Deer who were very polite and not shy to come up if you hold your hand out. I didn’t touch them but fed them the our nutty cereal w/ strawberries in a disposable cup. I was in love! I would recommend bringing your own bikes. The ones on the property are inoperable unfortunately however they do have a bunch of beach accessories downstairs! You can walk or ride your bike to harbor town and enjoy some restaurants & shops! There is parking if you choose to drive. There are free trolleys that come through harbor town about every 10 minutes that can take you to the beach other areas of Sea Pines resort."
