I visited for a conference. The location is right on the major bus route to the Seattle Convention Center, which also passes by in front of the Pike Place Market. The bus is also very frequent; for five days, I could conveniently travel around by bus and light rail with minimal walking effort. The staff was very nice. I needed to iron my shirt to dress up, and the staff provided me with one, which I really appreciated. The location is within walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores. The neighborhood is quiet, which is great for travelers who have a hard time sleeping. The price is affordable and suitable for low-budget travelers who stay out all day.

This place is a dump. The only nice thing I can say was there were no bugs in room. floor was damaged and filthy dirty. Transient population using facilities. Had a dog in one of the rooms that barked all night. Mattress was terrible. Minimal amount of towels. Washcloth you can see through. When I pointed out to manager that rate I was charged was more than currently advertised. He stated that is because expedia gets alot of the money. I would never stay there again and would never want any of my friends or family to stay there.

I recently stayed at the Jet Motel and overall had a good experience. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Their customer service was definitely a highlight and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The only area that could use some improvement is the cleanliness. While the room was acceptable, there were a few details that appeared to have been overlooked and could benefit from a more thorough cleaning. Paying closer attention to deep-cleaning and detail work would greatly enhance the guest experience. Overall, my stay was just fine, and I appreciate the hospitality provided by the staff. As the Administrative President of the Sawyer Culberson Project (SCP), I also wanted to mention that our organization offers cleaning services and community support initiatives. We understand the importance of maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming spaces. SCP is committed to providing thorough, detail-oriented cleaning services that go beyond standard housekeeping, helping businesses and organizations maintain the highest standards of cleanliness while supporting a meaningful community mission. We would be happy to discuss how we could assist with the Jet Motel's cleaning needs in the future. Thank you to the Jet Motel team for a pleasant stay.
