Since ive been in Wa thus had been rhe most comfortable. Quiet, laid back. The managers, great couple with a awesome attitude. They help when im in Need and there great conversationalist Clean sheets an Towls and hot bin rhe Morning. I would recommend anybody to go there who are on a budget.

Staff is nice. Room is very basic but clean. Good enough for short stay. Wall plugs need to be upgraded because my chargers barely stay plugged. Need coat hangars, no closet. Bed was comfy. Reasonable daily cost for park n fly; cheaper than lots that are closer to airport

The staff were rude. They charged a $20 deposit, refundable if you checked out on time, but not returnable if you checked out late. So, what happened was, at 11:30, I was showering when the cleaning guy opened the room twice and entered, yelling that I was late to leave. He didn't consider my privacy or the $20 late fee. The good thing about this motel is its proximity to the airport. I considered calling the police for the invasion of privacy, but my flight was close, so I didn't have time. I just got my $20 and i left.

Tina was very nice and understanding of my situation. I am a very privacy heavy person and she was amazing and didn't bother me my whole stay. That was really refreshing and took away a lot of anxiety. She understood my position. The rates are phenomenal as well. This is really affordable, they do what they need to do to keep it accessible and affordable, and they help you with new towels if you need it. These are the best rates in the area and they don't violate your privacy. The competition is hostels but those are dorm style, they give you a hard time now really prying into where you’re staying if you’re a resident from Seattle and they do this despite having tons of space. It’s not ok anymore. Those are the competition for this hotel and Jet inn wins not doing that, plus you get your own space completely to yourself without having to share dorm style like in a hostel and they leave you alone and don’t violate your privacy. Fridge, TV, toiletries, and high functioning AC/heater. Both non-smoking and smoking. Really accessible, affordable hotel for the area. Happy birthday to your son, Tina. Hope you can get him a gift he finds interesting enough to come visit. Love how your face lit up to hear about him and his birthday hoping to see him. He really should at least come to pick up any gifts you get him. It’s the least he can do seeing how your face lit up. Thanks for everything. Five stars.

A good deal overall, but not of quality.

I will be upfront about my stay. The Customer Service was subpar, the staff members I encountered served major attitude. I understand it’s because they too often are subjected to the mischief of unsavory, low class guests who don’t play by rules. It’s an area that could be better. The room was not in the best condition. I had everything I needed, even though some things were not functioning. The microwave did not work properly. A staff member swapped mine out and took one from a different room that I could use. The bathtub had to rust and dark stains. So much was in need of replacement/repair. Such as bedding, pillows, ac/heating unit. The television was fine and so was the flooring. Adequate lighting and mattress seemed intact, not too firm or worn out. The price I was charged online, via a third party was low, almost couldn’t beat it. I got a good deal most certainly. Nothing more. I wouldn’t plan on going back to stay there again, but I don’t have much to be upset over. I did not pay a lot for the room. That type of experience is fairly common.
