This is the perfect refuge to enjoy all Sedona has to offer. This home is located in West Sedona, close to all the great sites and attractions. Walk out the front door to a popular trail network including Old Post Trail, Ridge Trail, and Carrol Canyon. The large upper deck offers expansive red rock views, a large fire pit table with seating, out door dining, and a gas BBQ. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee as the sun rises over the Red Rock Buttes or gather 'round the firepit at night and star gaze under the night sky.

The layout consists of an upper level with the master suite and an open kitchen/living room that opens up to the large deck, and a lower level that has the 2 remaining bedrooms and a living room with TV/media set up. The warm environment is a great place to relax after a long day of hiking - biking - exploring - sight seeing and more!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The views from the deck are incredible and we enjoyed using the fire pit outside in the chilly evenings. The kitchen is well equipped to do some home cooking if desired... which we appreciated. The layout is unique in the home and the home is a little dated. The home is listed to sleep 8; however, some of the kitchen glassware is only enough for 5 (ie: coffee mugs). Overall, the price, incredible views, amenities (well stocked kitchen, steamer, iron, cookware), easy checkout process made our stay comfortable!

Great family trip
Was in a great location and loved the fully stocked kitchen for cooking in! Was a wonderful place to come home to after hiking with the kids all day, just wish it would have been a little bit warmer to enjoy the outside deck more!

Great Location, House Could Use Some TLC
Wonderful location in West Sedona with views of the surrounding red rock hills. The house is very private yet close to trails, shopping and restaurants. Generally very well appointed in terms of provided amenities. Only gripe would be the condition of some parts of the house (broken bathroom fixtures, worn carpeting, rotted sections of the deck with exposed screws, etc.). We would stay there again but with somewhat lowered expectations about the condition of the house.

Beautiful Landscape with Some Feedback
Our stay was awesome, as the views and location were spectacular! The neighborhood was quiet but close to nearby activities. Some recommendations: there should be a light outside for grilling after dark, we would have loved a few blankets on the couch, and some slight repairs in the patio door and master shower. Overall, would highly recommend staying here!

Amazing Redrock Views!!!
Stayed here this weekend to celebrate my birthday with 5 of my girlfriends. This place had the most beautiful views of Sedona. We all had a blast and were very comfortable. Definitely recommend staying here. The perfect location and we couldn't be more happy!

Great stay
We stayed with two families and had plenty of room. The house is in a great location and easy access to hiking and biking trails. We went fishing at the near by river and rented ATVs one day. We enjoyed hiking to devil’s bridge and Bell rock. The kitchen had everything we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner. The kids enjoyed the fire pit, hammock and outdoor space.

This property is centrally located for everything. The view of the red rocks is spectacular from the upper level and the decks surrounding the house. You can walk to hiking trails. The house is very comfortable and the beds were a dream. I would definitely rent again.

What a View!
Property was clean, comfortable, updated, spacious, and oh, the view from the deck! Our only complaint was that the central air (not the mini split in the living room) was working hard without cooling as it should. Kitchen was well supplied, beds and furniture were comfortable, water pressure was good. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

Nice Getaway!
Overall the home was neat and clean, and the location was perfect! My only complaint was that after driving such a long way once we arrived that evening the air conditioning was off. The house was 98 degrees inside, which means the upstairs where the master bedroom was really really warm. It didn’t cool down until the next morning. The manager was very helpful I emailed him right away and he was very sorry. Other than that my family and had a wonderful time, and we would definitely stay there again in the near future.

The house was perfect for what we needed! Great location, close to uptown shopping, restaurants and trails. The views of the mountains from inside the house and the upper deck were breathtaking. Perfect location for a Sedona getaway!

overall: definitely a great place to stay. the upstairs views from the living room and deck are unbeatable. and it's right in the middle of town, super close to get to anything. pros: - amazing views - great location close to everything - there were cleaning issues on check in, but rental company was very responsive cons: - a few minor repairs needed - construction next door every morning at 7:30am - living room is dark in the evening - the downstairs bathroom (where the kid's rooms are) is through a laundry / storage room so the kids avoided it

Perfect house in Sedona!
This home is even better than advertised. The floor plan is very open and functional, the beds are wonderful and the fire pit and 360 views of Sedona from the huge deck are spectacular. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful property!
This is by far, the best property we have stayed at. The view itself was awesome. It is equipped with everything you need for your stay, Shampoo, lotion, coffee, laundry detergent, etc. The beds are super comfortable. You can tell the owners take pride in the house. Super clean too. The only two things that I noticed the house didn’t have was a full length mirror and a few couch throws. It got chilly at night. We will definitely rebook if we find ourselves in Sedona again. Thanks for a great stay.
