"This is a really lovely home and worked perfectly for our group which included my wife and me , along with our daughter, her husband and their two small children, who were in the process of moving to Southaven from SC. Reservation process and check-in went very smoothly. Owners left great instructions for TV’s and internet. All-in-all it was terrific."

"The front desk clerk was nice enough to let me do a early check-in. I arrived about 2:27 and she didn't giveme any hassle or anything. She kindly checked me in. I was so happy about that because I wasnt feeling the best and i just wanted to lay down. I got to my room and it was even better. I walk into this King suite that smells and looks very fresh. Now it doesnt matter how clean a room looks but when I travel I always wipe and lysol everything down. But I felt so great knowing how clean it was pryor to me wiping. Even my wipes werent filled with dirty residue from wiping. I love that I was able to take a nap in piece and knowing I was in a very clean space. The bathroom and its shower was even cleaned well. However, the only mishap was the toilet and the air. It was shakey for some reason. The air blew great but for some reason was leaking water but those are small fixes. However I would definitely stay here again and again if I know for sure my room would be in as great condition as the last one. Overall I would rate this hotel a 4.8 out of a 5. The breakfast was even good to say it was a continental breakfast. I loved my stay and the housekeeping were mui bien. VERY VERY NICE."
"This property looked just like the photos. We appreciated the overall cleanliness of the house. We found everything we needed in the bathrooms and the kitchen for our weekend stay. We did not plan to spend time watching tv but did take a look to see what might be on. For those who look forward to tv viewing, you will not find much available during your stay. The location was very good and within a short driving distance for local needs or activities in Memphis. We would definitely stay here again. So much better than staying in Memphis."
