“We stayed in the Tree Top room and would highly recommend it; we will definitely book again. We had two dinners and one breakfast; the dinners were lovely. My only feedback is that the breakfast was a little disappointing, the poached eggs were hard and the toast was dry, my preference is soft poached eggs, everything else was great. I had a gorgeous spa treatment, the products were divine, my skin felt amazing after. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, thank you making our stay……

"The hotel is newly opened, the designs are excellent with a great vibe. I made the booking knowing new hotel may have glitches and expecting some "surprises". It turned out to be true as my room had an entire electricity blackout during the night with the air ventilation also stopped functioning. It was certainly not a good experience to say the least. The next morning I went to the front desk to report this, led by Jessica, the front desk staffs were very understanding and patience to help me sort things out. Ariel and Lachie were very professional and friendly going through the process and made the bad experience a lot less irritating. All other staffs I have had a chance to interact with were all very friendly, if you are thinking of booking please expect there might be minor glitches but the staffs there are going to do their bests to help you through that."
