“Clean room and bathroom, white sheets on bed, staff friendly on arrival and explained the area to me (shops, restaurants, beaches and walks). The room had everything I needed for an overnight stay and if I was staying longer, this accommodation was excellent for a weekend of scuba diving/ beach trip fun.”

“The hotel is newly opened, the designs are excellent with a great vibe. I made the booking knowing new hotel may have glitches and expecting some "surprises". It turned out to be true as my room had an entire electricity blackout during the night with the air ventilation also stopped functioning. It was certainly not a good experience to say the least.
The next morning I went to the front desk to report this, led by Jessica, the front desk staffs were very understanding and patience to help……

首先，房間內竟未提供基本備品——吹風機。當晚櫃台已關閉，我致電飯店僅被告知需等到隔天早上 9:30 之後才能提供，對於當下急需使用的情況毫無協助。最終我不得不向其他房客借用，極為不便，且令人感到尷尬。
顯然此為貴方工作疏失，忘記於房內擺放設備。但更令人在意的 是，整個過程中飯店方面並未給予任何道歉或合理處理，完全忽視客人感受與基本服務品質。”

“The room needed a good clean we still had previous guests toenails in bathroom and on the carpets. The kitchen sink is dirty, oven, hotplate and range hood covered in fat and the filters are missing from the rangehood. All the crockery and cultery don't match and were dirty. There was mould on the blinds, curtains, skirting boards and in the bathroom.We could see that the place had been freshly painted and they have tried to bring it back to a 4 star but the neglect of replacing the furniture……
