“I loved staying here! The staff was very knowledgeable and helped us with figuring out the Trolley system. They gave us tips so that we didn't have to spend more money parking at Dollywood. They also provided us quarters (in exchange for cash), so we could do the laundry and also pay for the Trolley. The room and facilities were very clean. Also, great to know they are pet friendly. It makes me feel comfortable to bring my pets in the future. 10/10 will definitely stay here again!”

“We really enjoyed our stay. Room was very clean, pool was nice and clean, staff was super friendly. The only thing we would say that wasn't what we expected was the breakfast, if you can even call it a breakfast (Nutri-Grain bars and mini muffins). Other than that our stay was awesome.”
