“We stayed at this container home in Tennessee for a men’s retreat, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The property is comfortable, well-designed, and had everything we needed. We made full use of the hot tub and sauna, and both were in great condition and easy to use. The hosts were consistently communicative and checked in just enough to make sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. It’s clear they care about maintaining and improving the space, and……

“Have stayed there for years while visiting Sewanee but this time was not so good. The last couple years it has been showing age but this time it was just not clean and we were very disappointed. Bathroom in our room was just bad, smelled and showed signs of old waste around the toilet. Hoping that this was isolated issue.”

“It was very convenient location for where we needed to be. This was our second stay there. Staff was very pleasant and friendly, rooms were very clean, parking was very close to our room and easy to transport our luggage to and from the room. Pool and continent breakfast was very good. “We loved our stay at deer lick falls! It was a nice home away from home. It was nice to have the amenities such as a stove, oven, grill and a washing machine and dryer. We traveled with two children and anyone that knows these are a must! I was however disappointed that the “kids play area” was indeed not in the area we stayed. It was over in the waters edge property which required us to get in the car and go find it. Next time I will stay in the waters edge property if available to be closer by……

“Property touted full spice rack (no garlic) pans (only a few and in poor shape) charcoal supply for grill (wet due to being left outside) fire pit (no wood onsite). They supply the cheapest kitchen sponge and soap (had to watch dishes 3 times) so bring your own. Other than these minor issues, it was a cool place in a remote location, with full wrap around porch with comfortable patio furnishings FYI it's a tiny home. The shower drain is very slow beware so not to flood bathroom. Big loft area……
