Fairly new property, but is showing Wher already. Looks like a popular spot for sports teams that are traveling, which doesn’t affect me in the week as a business traveler, but does explain the Wher to the lobby and always

Head manager needs some chill pills, you don’t threaten a customer with kicking you out and calling the police because I questioned an undisclosed fee! See needs help and should be removed. Other than her, it was a very nice hotel and the remaining staff was extremely nice. I would recommend this hotel.. just don’t question the price and fees! :-)

Good enough

The cleanliness of the room was in question. I noticed brown stuff on the bathroom light switch that I cleaned off. I jumped on the shower to get ready for my wedding and the soap dispensers that were provided were all empty. I talked to the front desk and they remedied the soap issue fairly quick. Otherwise the room was comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was standard and the outdoor area looked nice, but I had no time to sit out and enjoy it.

Save yourself the headache

Stayed in this hotel for my son's 4th birthday as he wanted to go swimming. First red flag was my 4 year old finding a pill of some sort on the floor. This in and of itself makes me question the overall cleanliness of the room. Then the next morning when attempting to take a shower the shower wouldn't drain. I ended up having to finish washing my hair in the kitchen sink. 3 other family members were unable to take a shower before checking out. After all of this we were offered a $30 credit. Oh and the real kicker? The price I was given after taxes when booking vs what I was charged were different and then I had to call them the next day to remind them of the $30 credit they offered and never sent. So needless to say, we will NOT be returning.

The morning after the first night of our stay, a woman staff member barged into our room at 9:40 am while I was sleeping. She yells "hello?!" we don't have a record of anyone in this room! We need to know who's in here!" What in the world?! The television was customized and literally said our last name. Additionally we'd had a couple interactions with the staff the night before. I had to go to the front desk since one of our keys wasn't working and later we went to the lobby and charged a couple of snacks to our room. Regarding the outrageous staff member, I told her our last name and she ran out of the room. I am still mind-boggled that an employee 1.didn't know who was in the room and 2. came to the conclusion they should run into the room and completely infringe on the privacy of a hotel guest that had a DND sign on the door. Additionally, I was so jet-lagged from travel the night before, I just wanted to sleep. Absolutely horrid experience and violation of privacy.
