“This property is incredible. Right on the beautiful river with a large property and so many unique amenities. It's such a gorgeous, relaxing location close to lots of attractions like Diana's Baths and Storyland. While we couldn't use some of the amenities due to the ongoing drought, the property managers were very communicative about this so we never had to wonder what was available or what we were supposed to do. ”

“We had a lovely weekend in Paul's home. He is a very communicative host who will greet you at the house and provide a lovely tour to become accustomed to the home and its many amenities. He was available via VRBO direct message with any questions or concerns we had. The home was clean and comfortable. We used the kitchen for many meals, and it had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, linens were soft, and plenty of towels were provided. We played many friendly rounds of pool, soaked in……

“Yes, James got back to me immediately. Each time I reached out.This place is super adorable was just what we needed for a quiet getaway. Being pet friendly was also a great plus for us because so many people either overcharge or don’t allow you to bring a pet.The gnome home was very clean. I would definitely stay there again and I would recommend it to anyone looking for just a nice getaway. Thank you to James and his family for allowing us to stay in their home.”

“Adorable and charming cabin. Even better than the pictures. Very comfortable upstairs bed. As it was just the two of us we only used the one bedroom but the others looked comfortable as well. “The hot tub was hot and one of the 'must-have' items for our stay. It was below a deck, so we couldn't sit back and stargaze as we prefer, but it was still nice after a day of hiking. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The fridge was fairly new, and the kitchen worked well for our needs. Our two constructive criticisms would be the old boiler on the lowest level and the showers - the boiler functioned fine and the house was very comfortable, but the boiler sounds like it won't……

“This place is so beautiful. The gas fireplace makes the spacious living area cozy. The kitchen is very well appointed and spotless. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and each has a lovely bathroom. It is very close to the fantastic restaurants in North Woodstock and woukd be a great place to stay on a ski trip. I would definitely stay here again. ”
