“Easy check in, The shower did not drain. i paid for breakfast and they failed to give me a coupon at check in when i went down for breakfast i was treated like i walked in off the street once we got that settled, the lady continuously walked behind me watching everything i did, so close you could feel her breath. absolutely unacceptable to be treated like that, and she did not speak English so she complained to her coworker/cook in a foreign language very loudly... SHE WAS VERY RUDE!!!!!”
