Clean room w/ a shower.

We stayed in a triple family room with three queen beds, so it was super spacious and comfortable for all of us. Overall, everything looked clean at first, but once we started noticing the little details, it didn’t feel like a deep clean had been done. For example, there was hair on the shower walls before any of us even used it, and the tub needed a quick rinse before showering. That being said, the staff was amazing!! They truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, which we really appreciated. The location is also a huge plus it’s right across from a plaza with food, coffee, and even a really good taco stand at night. Despite the small cleaning issues, I’d definitely stay here again!

2 staff members at front service is beyond we have 2 rooms 203 and 204. The staff way to busy for day like Thai new year festival how every they still service with care and smelling on their face. With big events like this management should have provided more staff or she definitely should get some bonus.

Terrible check in, there wa a sign that the person will return 5 to 10 minutes, but there was a lady in the phone, after 15 minutes of waiting, finally same person help us to check in. Elevator too slow and limit two persons.

One of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a very long time. Great price, friendly staff, nice room and a great location. Highly recommend it!
