“This was a terrible place to stay. I planned on staying 3 night but left a night early because the place is gross. The entire place was very filthy. I am concerned that it was not cleaned between my stay and the previous person. There was old partially eaten food and drinks in the refrigerator. There was trash in the trash cans even though we are to take out our trash at check out. There were used Qtips in the bathroom trash. They had some supplies such as paper towels but only half a roll of……

“We loved the location. We love San Clemente and all it has to offer. The support person on the phone was very helpful. It’s a great unit. We were very comfortable there. We would return in the future. There are a few things that need to be looked at a little closer. The toilet kept clogging up. Especially when there were more people in the building upstairs. The bathroom sink does not drain well. The king size bed was too soft and uncomfortable for us. The major thing is that the place smells……

Il manquait des articles de cuisine, d'eponge, de produits vaisselle,etc...Les assiettes n'avaient pas été lavées et il émanait un forte odeur de pourriture du placard.Le lit sofa n'avait pas été préparé.Il n'y pas de table dans le logement pour dîner. Nous avons dû nettoyer le bar de l'extérieur pour pouvoir dîner !!!La pression dans la douche est mauvaise. Du bruit émanant de la maison principale à 1h00 du matin nous a réveillé.La……
