"Beautiful area and nice property amenities. When we arrived the condo was clean and tidy. The condo it was up three stories of stairs and the main bedroom and bathroom was down stairs which wasn’t ideal with two young children. The walls were pretty thin as we could hear pretty much everything our neighbor was doing as I’m sure they heard us as well which left us constantly trying to be on our p&q’s. It met every need for a short stay for the cost but in the future would opt for a nicer...

"The tv upstairs didnt work, the toaster is broken, the shades woukdnt go back up, the shades were filthy, and the toilet was clogged when we got there. Disappointed to say the least. Had my autistic grandson with us. The toaster and tv were necessities "

"The lodging was good other than a few items. Check in is late at 5pm. I originally thought it was 4pm which seems late still. There was very little hot water. We were assigned a room on the bottom floor and the family with young kids above us were jumping around early in the morning. I’m not sure how to pick a top floor but that would have been better. Nice area though"

"Great stay. The place was so comfortable inside and out. Quick response to a question during our stay. Directions for check in and out were clear. Trash dumpster and parking was plentiful as well. "This condo is on the Massanutten Resort, so you have to go to the resort check in desk. The listing and follow up email give conflicting information about check in time (some places say 4pm others say 5pm) and the link in the confirm email for directions is not accurate.Use the address for check in that is in the confirmation email and the resort will give you the address for the condo and map. Lots of fun caves in the area and things to do."

"My only real complaint is an issue with the tub. My young son was so excited to use the big tub however there wasn’t enough hot water to fill it enough to use the jets. May need to consider a larger hot water tank or something. The water would get cooler with multiple showers too. The tub issue was very disappointing. "
