First, the room did not have A/C, no hot water and the bed was like a baby mattress! That’s just the beginning. They don’t take credit ..."

"Staff is great and friendly. The bed in the room was terribl. Mattress is like sleeping on a sheet of plywood. Impossible to sleep on your side. Other things I didn't like...only 2 bath towels. In the heat I took two showers a day and had to reuse towel for second one. Should have 4 towels per room. ..."
