“The room condition was horrible. The room smelled really bad. There were several old used towels piled up in bathtub when we first got to room. The vanity cabinet had something spilled all over them. No soap at sink. Had to use soap from dispenser in shower. The balcony off our room had bird droppings all over balcony and seats. It was not usable. Bathroom faucet was pulled away from wall. I had to hold it in to pull stopper up for a shower. The cleanliness of room was not worth the rate we were……
