This is a 2bdr/2bath condo at Topsail Dunes building 3 with incredible views. (3 levels up from ground) The Condo is just steps away from the Elevator but around the corner enough so it's not noisy. Watch the sunrise then hang out to hopefully observe dolphins and distant ships all from the privacy of your balcony. Feel your mind and body start to relax as you listen to the smoothing sounds of the ocean from the balcony, living room or master bedroom. Enjoy the day beach combing or shell collecting. This beach themed condo is sure to offer everything you need. Enjoy a cup of coffee from balcony or sit at the kitchen island and converse with whomever might be fixing a meal or preparing a salami and cheese plate which there are plenty of wine glasses. For you beer drinkers mugs are in the freezer.

The kitchen has been updated with new cabinets and glass back splash accented with beach theme items. There are plenty of dishes and pots and pans to choose from.

All linens are included.

The master bedroom is equipped with a NEW queen size bed, large dresser and closet with an on-suite bathroom. There is even a sliding door to the balcony. You can lay in bed watch the sunrise and hear the wave break on the shore. There is a cable TV for your viewing pleasure.

Guest bedroom has a single bed, bunks with a single and double. There is a dresser and nightstand as well.

Hall bath includes a tub/shower for soaking or washing the little ones.

Living room has a super comfortable couch and chair, a Smart TV with cable, The Condo has free WiFi connection.

Washer and dyer in the hall way in case you need to wash clothes or towels.

For the beach there are beach towels, chairs, sand toys, and Styrofoam surfboards for you to enjoy. Located in the guest closet and white cabinet in the entry way.

Great view!

We had a great week! Check-in was easy. Host was easy to work with. Loved the ocean view! Condo is updated with a nice beachy theme. Went down to the beach each morning to watch the sunrise. Very relaxing listening to the waves from the balcony. Sad our week came to an end.

Birthday at the Beach

What a great way to celebrate and regain my sanity back. Beautiful view, beautiful weather and the condo was clean and comfortable. Still off season so it quiet and peaceful also. The ocean washed up lots of treasures.

Beautiful view!!

Our stay was wonderful! The beds were comfortable, we had all the supplies we needed to cook. The view on the balcony is unbeatable. Our only complaint would be the chairs on the deck- not very easy to relax in since there are no arms and they sit straight up. Not the same chairs as what is pictured in the listing. The owner was great with communication and the place was awesome! Would stay again!

We had a great time & made alot of memories. The Condo was very nice & it supplied us with alot that we didn't have to buy there. We just didnt like having to do our bed & towel laundry before we left. We had to wait until it was done , did not like that.

Very nice condo and stay!

We have been going to Topsail Dunes for about 8 years now and it never disappoints! We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness of the unit. We really loved that the linens were provided and we were very comfortable. Loved the balcony view! Our visit was shortened due to Hurricane Ian and the owners were very helpful and kind in regards to that. They were super responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay in the unit again in we have the opportunity!.

Great views and nice location

We enjoyed our stay. The views are much better than the pictures and it is nicely located with distance to the beach. The unit was well appointed and had nicely updated kitchen and bath. There were some things that were in a bit of disrepair that could use some attention (re: some broken screens so couldn't enjoy sound of ocean, very wobbly kitchen table chairs, light switch in main bath seems to have an issue, etc.), but overall considered it minor and was not a deal-breaker. It was accurately depicted overall and suited our needs. Owners responded quickly to our questions. Would recommend.

Topsail Tranquility

We absolutely loved this property. Every necessity you can think of from contact solution to a hair dryer to q-tips were at this property. Rick and Karen were very responsive all the time. They were especially responsive when we had to switch our vacation week with only 2 weeks notice because our daughter broke her ankle. We were so thankful. The location of this property is WONDERFUL. You couldn’t get any closer to the beach if you tried. This is your vacation location to choose if you want relaxation, proximity to the ocean, and amenities galore! We will be back next year, and are already counting down the days! THANK YOU Rick and Karen!

Updated condo in a beautiful location

My family of four stayed for a week in August. The location can’t be beat. The condo sits right on the beach with an easy boardwalk access point on the second floor of the condo. The condo building itself is a bit dated. The listing mentions an elevator but upon arrival it was out of service. A gentleman we spoke to there said he wouldn’t use the elevator even if it was in service. So be prepared to carry your luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Not a deal breaker for me, but may be for others. The condo is lovely. The kitchen is updated nicely though as some other reviews mentioned, they could definitely benefit from some new pots, pans, and a taller faucet. Again, not a deal breaker but I’d bring my own frying pan next time. The living room and bedrooms were comfortable. The view from the living room is gorgeous. I loved that linens, bath, and beach towels were included. I should mention that the pool is closed due to Covid but for us the ocean worked out just fine. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing week at the beach!
