“This is a nice place in a good location and the full resort access is very nice. HOWEVER, like other reviewers of properties overseen by the resort, the check-in process is MISERABLE. I did not receive any communication from the resort about it (only got the VRBO confirmation) and my 4 PM check in time became 7:50 PM.
