Grizzly Lodge at the Lake | Close to Kenai River

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lakefront cabin! This cabin boasts an open layout with high-end designer furniture. Huge windows overlook the beautiful Sports Lake with snow capped mountains in the background. If you'd like to access the lake, you can walk right out the back door to the private dock where you can access kayaks or simply take in the lake on an adirondock chair. Inside, you'll find spacious bedrooms, an open layout, and all the modern amenities you could ask for!

This neighborhood is a quiet lake community that Is lined by state-owned forest. Moose and bears are not an uncommon site around here!

Best lodging we’ve had in 15 years of coming there

It’s comfortable and clean, perfect for our family of 8 adults. We really enjoyed the lake access and making smores. We even saw a cow moose with her three babies from the kitchen window in the backyard during our stay. Great location for fishing and relaxation. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Home & Location

My family and I enjoyed a Christmas & New Years celebration here and absolutely enjoyed it! Plenty of room for the kids and adults to sit. Love the open concept of the living room & kitchen. Owner was communicative and everything was as I expected. We would rent here again!

Beautiful Lake Home

This property exceeded our expectations. The owners were great with communicating with us. The lake had great rainbow trout fishing for the kids. Close to town and the kenai river. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely try to stay here again.

Safe weekend getaway

In town for just the weekend. Wanted a safe, peaceful location for a girls trip. Excellent communication from owners, beautiful location, space to breath and relax. Next time we'll leave room in our schedule to enjoy the lake. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy your place!

Alaska Family Vacation

We loved our stay at this beautiful house on the lake! The views are amazing and the house is so accommodating for a large group, especially in the kitchen and family room area. Our granddaughter loved all the games and toys. We really enjoyed having morning coffee on the dock while listening to the birds and watching the fish jump. We also loved kayaking on the lake. So peaceful and relaxing. The owners were available to answer any questions we had prior to our visit. We would definitely stay here again the next time we vacation in Soldotna.
