Front desk saff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Thay even had a portable luggage scale they were happy for me to borrow to weigh bags in preparation for small plane flight at Prudhoe Bay. Very helpful!!

Everyone there was very kind. The desk staff, housekeeper and shuttle service. Our ride from the airport was a taxi that knew the staff so well. They have free shuttle service, but none available so they paid for our taxi! It was a good place for a couple of days. Didn’t do or see much because we were there to sleep during the Delta mishap that took 4 days to get home. Comfortable bed and pillows. Lots of spiders😔 I was very thirsty and was gouged $4 a bottle for water. None provided in the room. Had to put your luggage on a rack and walk it outside quite a distance to your room. Nice overall, but if I go back to Fairbanks, I will go elsewhere.

We liked the size of the rooms but the shower pressure was horrible and it squeaked as the water came out. Beautiful place over all though.

Stayed in the cabins the first time then on our way back into town we stayed into jr main building. The rooms in there are huge! Had a single king bed and was very spacious. Really nice. And decent breakfast buffet. No bacon tho but oh well! The staff were polite and helpful. Will stay here again!

Lodging in Fairbanks is limited. This place was chosen because of its proximity to where I needed to be in Fairbanks. Guests get individual cottages. However, some are joined with another cottage, thus, you hear everything going on in the adjoining cottage. The room is satisfactory, though showing its age. They are fairly small with no desk or table. The main lobby is quite nice and the staff is super.

Loved the small cabin! Private clean and a decent restaurant with bar on site. Wanted to stay another night but was all booked up due to the fire at Denali Park. Will definitely stay again next time in Alaska, but will stay longer

Nice cabin right next to the river with a nice opened porch where you can see kayakers rowing down stream. The only down side was a terrible smoke fog covering the area from wild fires.
