Due to this please keep noise levels down and use the pool at appropriate hours of the day. Jumping and sitting on the railing or swinging from the pergola is strictly prohibited
- NOTE: While we love the beautiful palms surrounding the home, these trees host palmetto bugs who occasionally make their way indoors
- NOTE: Due to the location and possible inclement weather, the internet is sometimes spotty
- NOTE: The pool noodles/boogie boards are weather dependent. They will not be available during bad weather
- NOTE: There is construction happening near the property which may affect its view
