"we paid for early check in, however, seems as though it was not communicated and by the time we were able to get in the house, it was nearly the normal check-in time which turns out to be a waste of money for me..Also there were no instructions on turning on the heat which we were doing incorrectly and had to wait in a 45 deg house until someone came to adjust it- also we had to call about the fire place - and the recliner seats did not work"
