"There’s a bed and running water. And the water has a smell. The wasps downstairs own the house. The toaster oven does not work so don’t take that in to account for making food. The dock in the pictures is no longer there. The shower is as big as Porta-John, so good luck if you’re a full sized man. You have to bury yourself under the shower head just to get wet.
