"Great little place to stay at while visiting Springdale for hikes in Zion. We stayed 3 nights and it was perfect for what we needed: a clean place to stay, nice little patio with the room, a pool to cool off after hikes and a convenient location. Keith at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend! "

"The check-in is so easy and simple. Upon our arrival, our host Ciaran was waiting for us in the parking lot. And then he show us the living room, kitchen, dinning area, and our room. It is located off the main traffic street, thus it’s very quiet. The house is full of books. We stayed in Jane Austen’s room, Charles Dickens is our neighbor. The house is a total surprise to us. It is a unique experience. Ciaran is a great host, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. If you like novels, this is an excellent place to stay. If you don’t like reading, this is also a good vacation place. The house offers breakfast at two nice restaurants at your pick. The food is much better than continental breakfast. If I have to complain, the house is old; the floor makes noise when you walk on it. But that doesn’t bother me much. We highly recommend this place. Next time if I come to Springdale, definitely I will stay there again."

The rooms are very clean equipped with a full kitchen..There is a market on property to purchase your needs..A brew pub restaurant is on location and there is a free shuttle that will take you through the town of Springdale if you prefer other dining experiences. I loved this place! "
