This is an awesome property. We stayed in the Yucca cabin which is near the rear. This was great as street noise was very minimal during the day and practically non existent at night. The cabin was beautiful and very clean. Large windows let in plenty of natural light during the day and at night we enjoyed viewing the stars from our bed. The property is conveniently located near eateries and a short walk from the shuttle. We definitely plan to return.

We loved staying at the Bungalows! Very clean, updated, modern and beautiful views! Our bungalow faced the main road and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony enjoying the beauty! Can be a little loud at times but not a problem! A 2 minute walk to the shuttle stop to Zion. Onyx Pizza is directly across the street and was delicious! We enjoyed having our own private place vs. a hotel. Walkable to other restaurants and shops. Communication was excellent with owners and they checked on us to make sure everything was to our liking! I’d definitely stay at the Bungalows again!

Lovely grounds, super clean, and would definitely stay here again. Stand-alone apartments are new, have AC, comfy beds, and nice bathrooms. Mini fridge and keurig, too. Within a 5 min walk of the Zion shuttle stop, and a comfortable walk to shops, bikes, and restaurants. We love Springdale and would definitely stay in this aoartment community again. One note worth mentioning on the accessible Sego unit, there is little privacy in the livingroom/bedroom when the window shades are open because the windows are on the first floor and face the parking area/other units. Not a big deal, but the Zion views are so nice that it's a shame to close the blinds when you're milling around in morning in your pajamas. (Other non-accessible units have upstairs bedrooms with more privacy).

So glad to find this nice place to stay while visiting Zion, clean and new, separate living/kitchenette from the bedroom, parking right outside the door! Surrounded with beautiful views of the red rock peaks, and Sol Foods Market just a few blocks away.

We loved our stay here! It was a great location in the town of springdale. The bungalow was so cute and modern. We loved that the check-in was a keypad it was very user friendly. It had a beautiful view of the mountains of zion. Very close to the springdale shuttle stop.

We stayed at the Mariposa bungalow and it was quiet, farthest from the road, and had a lot of great amenities. The floor was in need of a solid mopping, but everything else was very clean. There's a full set of dinnerware, a wine key, wine glasses, and microwave/fridge/keurig. The ac worked well and the windows all came with light blocking blinds. Each house has its own parking spot, too.

Great location with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains, especially at sunset. We traveled as a couple, but the room with loft could fit 4. Designated parking spot was a plus in a town that's all paid parking. Walkable to town and many dining options.
