“The house was in a nice neighborhood, an older part of Dayton. The neighbors we met were very nice. The house looked to be well maintained with a lot of room for everyone...we had 6 adults. There was a very large kitchen and thats where we like to hangout. We would rent this property again.”

“This has everything you need and then some. I only needed to provide my own food. It’s in a good location to see the airforce museum and it’s close to the college. Easy to access the highways and downtown Dayton. It has nice decor. The owner/manager is attentive. I would certainly stay again.”

“Not a bad weekend stay. Definitely an improvement over the hotel stays we typically have. Was nice for all to have their own rooms and beds. House was nice and had a few extras (tvs, pcs, yard, hottub, towels, etc). Beds were very comfortable. Surrounding area a little sketchy looking but we didnt have any issues. We were less than 10 minutes from all needs... groceries, candy store, ice cream shop, champions lake, gas, etc. ”

“Our group of 4 couples from IN and MI met here to ride the great bike trails. The house was perfectly situated with close proximity to the Little Miami Trail. The open concept kitchen, dining, and family room was a perfect gathering space and plenty of space to spread out for sleeping with six bedrooms. ”
