Nestled in Pleasant Valley with a 360 degree view of the Sierra Nevada foothills, our country guest home is the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Enjoy all the amenities of home at the perfect stop on your way to/from Springville Ranch Venue, Sequoia National Park, River Island Golf and Country Club, or other destinations. Sip your morning coffee or barbeque your favorite dinner on either of our two patios, both with gorgeous views in every direction. Large bedrooms, an inviting living room, a full dining table, and a bonus area with a queen bed, roll away single bed, and convertible sofa chair single bed adjacent to the dining area mean that everyone has plenty of space to make themselves at home.

Giving my son the same memories I had as a kid.
I grew up in Springville, and consider it my hometown. This year, I wanted to take my son to the annual rodeo along with my husband and in-laws to show them just how beautiful Springville is. We decided to book this guest house, and let me tell you, it was absolutely 5-stars. The owners were very sweet and made sure our stay was fantastic. It’s a two bedroom, but there is another queen in the extended room, which allowed everyone in our party a place to sleep. The kitchen was well stocked with plates and silverware. It had a large fridge and they also had a fully stocked Keurig. So you can start the day the Cowboy way! This was a great place, comfortable and quiet. Again 5 stars x 10! We will definitely be back.

We found this lovely cottage in the country to be absolutely enchanting! Three couples traveling from 3 different states to celebrate the destination wedding of our niece in a quaint little sleepy community of central California. What a lovely experience. Remarkably hospitable! Cozy comforts both inside or outside. We were all able to enjoy this beautifully embellished guesthouse nestled in a picturesque location with stunning views in every direction! Nicely Done! A beautiful Vista in a Nature Rich Area

My son got married in Springville and this was the perfect place for us. It was clean and stocked with what we needed. We also loved the view and even the cows roaming nextdoor. Christen was very prompt with replies to questions and emails. I would definitely recommend this cute little place to anyone visiting nearby.

We were visiting family in the area and this rental was the perfect home away from home. No details were missed - the kitchen was well stocked with high quality cooking implements, there was a coffee bar, washer/dryer, plenty of room to lounge, comfortable beds, and a lovely covered patio. Christen and her family are wonderful hosts and they provide a well-maintained, comfortable guesthouse to stay and relax. Their place is suitable for both short and long vacation plans as the house is large with all amenities and comfortable beds. The patio dining is both private and has picturesque views. While it is not necessarily close to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National parks, it is at a driveable distance. The highlight of the place is the peaceful and calm neighborhood, where we can hear the sounds of birds chirping. I would surely stay again and recommend the place to my friends.

We loved staying at this place! It was a good 'home base' to return to after visiting Sequoia National Park. The house was well equipped with all the necessities for our stay and we appreciated additional amenities including kitchen tools, towels, extra blankets, and even makeup remover wipes! Christen was a great host, super helpful and quick to respond to any inquiries we had.
