We had a lovely stay at The Mustard Tree. Mark and Anna were excellent hosts, and our room was spotless. Breakfast was cooked to order and very good. Mark and Anna both worked really hard to ensure we had everything we needed. We look forward to returning.

Great place to stay near St. Ives

We had a lovely stay at Mustard Tree. Anna and Mark are great hosts - we were given a very warm welcome at check-in and they also dedicated time to chat with guests and offered invaluable travel tips around Cornwall. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Overall an excellent experience - would highly recommend!

It’s a very nice location to either Carbis bay and St Ives. Very friendly and I felt like a family accommodation there. Very friendly and well looked after to us.

Brilliant family run B&B and very modern

This is an excellent property at a very good location. The host is very friendly and super efficient. The accommodation is very clean, modern and all the necessary supplies are provided. The breakfast option is very good and there is a very good vegetarian restaurant (The Bean Inn) within walking distance but it is very small, so pre booking is recommended. Mark and Anna have compiled a very good guide for all the information you would need for your stay and exploration. I highly recommend The Mustard.

Clean, comfy, friendly and lovely

The place is spotlessly clean, Mark and Anna are friendly, helpful and approachable, breakfast was great and the facilities in the room were just what was needed. The bed was comfy and warm too! I had a really great stay and would definitely recommend staying here.

Very clean and cosy B&B in a walkable distance from St. Ives and very close to Carbis Bay beach. Several bus stops on the main road just in front. Very friendly and helpful hosts, many tasty breakfast options.

Wonderful

Good location, spacious & clean room and great breakfast. Also, parking available and train station & restaurants in easy walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay with Mark & Anna...only weather could have been better 😉

Mark and Anna are excellent hosts, they are focussed on giving their guests the best possible experience, and are prepared to go the extra mile to achieve this. We have no hesitation in recommending The Mustard Tree and will definitely stay with them again when we next visit the St Ives area.

Overall a very good stay. The host Mark was hospital and even offered to pick us up the train station. The room is very clean and the breakfast was lovely. The place is located at Carbis Bay which is approximately 30 mins walk to St Ives.

What a gem of a find Arrived very early and was met by Mark who couldn’t of been more welcoming Breakfast fantastic local produce Ideally situated for St Ives and Carbis Bay Room perfect and exceptionally clean and comfortable
