Great service. Room was a little dirty but overall great stay. Also had great vending machine options.

Overall, the hotel was nice, clean, and well-maintained. However, it would really benefit from having a microwave and a smart TV, as those are amenities many guests expect. Unfortunately, the check-in process was extremely disappointing. The front desk staff seemed unorganized and made a major mistake by charging the check-in fee for a different room. This resulted in an unexpected hold of over $500 being placed on my account, which took multiple days to drop off. It was a very frustrating experience and caused unnecessary stress. The property also did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience. Because of the poor check-in experience and how the situation was handled, I will not stay here again.

Absolutely spectacular boutique hotel, 5 stars across the board. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful, the inn was beautifully appointed and clean, the restaurant and bar were top notch. I won’t stay anywhere else on my return trips to the Twin Cities!

Friendly staff, clean facility drawn back no onsite parking

The room was very clean though it had a slight musty smell and the hallway also had a slight odor. The parking is an open surface lot without security even though it’s an extra $30. The room had USB-A ports, no USB-C options. The bathroom was very nice and very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast selection was good - it ended at 9:30 which seems early for a weekend.
