Whether they're as large as a building or fit in the palm of your hand, statues have long graced public and private spaces. Check out Statue of Hideyo Noguchi and tick a famous piece of artwork off your to-do list.
Statue of Hideyo Noguchi is a great place to start out your day in Mérida Centro. This work of art comes recommended by fellow travelers, but it isn't the only spot to see here. Allow time for other attractions like Paseo de Montejo, Plaza Altabrisa, and Mérida Cathedral to make the most of what the area has to offer.
