Das Hotel ist super gelegen, die Ausstattung ist gut, es ist sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich.

At the time of reservation understood breakfast was included, which one would think based on the room cost. Purchased the buffet for two for more than $30 & clearly it was not worth that amount. Amenities are non-existent. Then there was some event (staff did not tell us) & on multiple occasions was challenged just to get into hotel. Additionally, the night party after the event was noisy until 2 am. We couldn't even get water from the lobby (out of order for 2-3 days). Great location (only reason it's not a poor reviewz).

I have stayed at this property numerous times and was disappointed on this visit as it appears the property has declined somewhat. There were 2 evenings with a large event going on downstairs until 1 am in the morning. It was very loud and disrupted my sleep. The morning breakfast had also declined with far less items. Also, the rooms tend to be too hot and it is difficult to open the windows as the noise outside makes it difficult to sleep. The location of this hotel is excellent, but the management could be better. Also noticed that there are things in disrepair, like the toilet flusher in my room.

A lovely hotel in a perfect location.
A little let down by our check-in experience and poor breakfast choice - but over all a good choice and we would definitely stay there again.

Quality hotel in a lovely part of Stockholm. We had amazing water views from our junior suite and it was kept very clean for the four days we had stayed there. Breakfast was alright (although it was mainly a daily “repeat” of the days prior). Staff were good for the most part. A few people appeared to have a little bit of “attitude” but we get it… Americans are not too welcome nowadays in Europe with the sh.. show going on back home. April was an OK time to visit but would probably go back there in mid summer if we were to visit again. If you want a local dinner recommendation, B.A.R restaurant next door is super good (and we are picky when it comes to seafood as we reside in the Pacific Northwest). Just do mixed grill and pick the fish you want grilled!! Overall, a very pleasant stay!!
