“My family of 7 just visited Sequoia National Park for the first time, which was amazing. But we were recommended to visit Mineral King, which we had never heard of. WOW..it all I can say about Mineral King, one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen, (i've traveled all over the world). This house is located on a hill top above the river which is a perfect location to visit both parks. You can hear the river at night and see 'Moro Rock Dome' from all the windows facing East. “Accessibility to park and restaurants convenient. The cabin was very tidy and clean inside. Cabin definitely needs some repairs to help keep the flying and crawling night insects out. A good sealing around wall AC and door frames is needed. Old windows in bedrooms. One window doesn’t close all the way so flying little bugs come in through the screens.”

“After hiking in Yosemite and Sequoia for six days, we were very excited to soak in the hot tub on this property. Unfortunately, it was dirty with a wide band of scum along the upper edge of the water. Needless to say we did not use it. That was very disappointing as the inside of the home was pristine and very comfortable.”

“We had a great time here. Because you can spend so much time outside on the porch, there was plenty of room for our family of 4. We enjoyed going to the river and fishing on the property and just hanging on the river. Would recommend staying here!”

“Property is conveniently located a few miles from the Park entrance. It is set up like a "duplex" sharing a wall with an adjacent cabin. Privacy was provided on the back deck with latticed dividers. Up far enough from the river to not worry about flooding with snow melt. Close enough to hear the rushing water and see it from the deck and a great mountain view.
