"Room was bright, spacious, clean and had a bathtub, not just a shower. You cannot swim in the Harrison resort hot pools if you are not staying at the old Harrison resort, so be warned that you have to swim at this hotel's pool instead. Also, the public pool in Harrison has limited space, limited hours, and waitlists, and is not worth waiting for. I would absolutely stay here again, but don't expect to have the outdoor grotto experience. "

"We lived our stay. It was such a great property and we were able to spend lots of time outside in the yard and it had everything we needed to cook all our meals The space felt spacious and had more than enough room for all of us."

"Ideally suited location with view of the bay and park. Free included parking and comfortable bed. No safe in room however the site was secure. Coffee machine was excellent and loads of captules provided. AC was effective and worked well both heating at night and cooling during the day plenty of towels and good quality soaps provided. Centrally located and check in was easy. Helpfull Staff and 'Dee' always to hand if required Thanks"

"Do not be fooled by the 8.2 rating as we were. This is not an 8.2/10. It is a dump. The only thing it has going for it is the location across from the beach. The motel is aged, dated, moldy, and falling apart."

"We enjoyed the setting of this property. It is a beautiful old house. Our room was nice. It was refreshing to swim in the outdoor pool although there was rust on the ladder to get out, due to it being a salt water treated pool. Possibly nothing can be done about that. There is no A/C and our room was quite warm but the ceiling fan and extra floor fan helped. We were awakened, (way past the quiet hours which guests have signed that they would abide by), due to a bunch of loud, unruly guests who had come in late from a wedding down the road and didn't seem to care that other paying guests were trying to sleep at 1am. Even though nothing was done that night, we were very pleased to have our host put in a request for a refund to Expedia. This was a wonderful effort on their part. I would reccomend The Sasquatch Crossing as a Bed and Breakfast."
