“The apartment suited our needs - clean, plenty of towels, hot water and water pressure great, kitchen stocked with the right utensils, good sized bedroom and living/dining area. Washer/dryer works well. We would definitely stay there again if we return to Ballston. The hotel is in a great location for access to 2 metro stops - only 3-4 blocks walk. There are LOTS of restaurants within a short walk, also a grocery, pharmacy, pretty much everything you need. ”

“This property is extremely accessible to DC and Arlington areas, 3 minutes for Reagan airport with no noise, and easy communication with excellent support from the host. We came for our son’s college graduation. It is nicely appointed however has just the basics in the kitchen and bath so bring all essentials. “First let me say, our host was super accommodating and kind. The place was really well set up—clean, nicely decorated, with fresh linens and comfy beds. It felt really cozy, and there weren’t any over-the-top cleaning check out rules which was a big plus.The host even let us check in a little early, which we really appreciated.The only small downside is that the walls are a bit thin, so if you’re on the bottom level, you might hear some noise from above and outside. “Fabulous location, easy to Uber all over the city. Neighborhood is very quiet. We never heard one siren at night. Neighborhood is safe, we walked to Whole Foods one day. Beds were very comfortable. Good pillows. Being from Texas we loved every room had ceiling fans for air movement. Communication with homeowner was great. ”
