“This was our 2nd time staying here. Weve always stayed beachside previously but decided to try a place on the river where we could kayak. The place is exactly as shown and very clean. We feel like it is a safe area also and ghe owner is very nice. We willbe back! ”

“I want to say "stay away" just so I'll have a reservation next time. I can't lie. This place is awesome. It's beautiful. serene and peaceful. Imagine yourself waking up each morning to playful dolphins, few manatees, various birds. The kayaks provided were perfect. The sunset tp west, visible. Two things I'd suggest to the manage: Lawn chairs for viewing in back yard and a grab bar in the showers. Otherwise, the unit is gorgeous.”

We had no problems getting into the complex, the condo, or getting around the grounds.The area was very quiet. It is completely a residential area, both inland and on the beach.
