“Wonderful property and hope to come back again ”

“We arrived right in time for sunset. Checkin was seamless, just a flight of stairs up and halfway within all of the units. Rooms were cozy and convenient with a bathroom tucked to the side too. The living area was perfect for our 5 3 and 4 month old. We had friends meet us too and we all felt there was enough space to gather for a short time period. 10/10 would rent again if it was available at the same rate! I did leave my watch charger there, and haven’t been able to contact so if anyone……

“we stayed here for a couple days prior to our cruise and had a great time. the condo had everything we needed and is in close proximity to an amazing breakfast restaurant (we went twice) and in walking distance to other dinner places. there were beach chairs and umbrella available as well as sand toys for our kids.”

“This is our second stay at this property, this time our parents joined us in another unit! This unit is clean and has all the necessary items needed in the kitchen and to enjoy the beach. Steps away from the beach, we enjoyed beautiful sunrises on the beach and sunsets on the rooftop. We also enjoyed three rocket launches from the rooftop! Will be back!”

“I loved it but it was very difficult for my husband to get to the beach. Rough thick sand and even with his trekking poles it was hard. He is 83 and did try. I other the other hand loved my 6 miles daily jogs. ”

“It was our first time at Cocoa Beach and we loved the town. Great food, lots within walking distance. The condo is quiet and comfortable, and the view from the balcony is ideal. Umbrella and beach chair rentals are located right beside beach access and beach was not crowded. We would definitely come back.”

“Perfect little beach pad”

“We stayed here for 3 nights prior to going in a cruise. We flew which limited our packing options and this unit had everything we needed! Chairs, umbrella, cooler, even boogie boards! The unit looks just like photos and was very clean! The pool at the complex was clean and not very crowded which was nice. It was very convenient being so close to the pier, we just walked over for lunch every day and right back to enjoy the beach! Definitely would recommend!”
