"Mark was an incredible host. He made me feel so welcome - like we had been friends for years! He was always available if needed, but not intrusive. I loved how quiet the house was and I enjoyed meeting and feeding all of his kitties. We even found a rabbit exploring the neighborhood - hopefully he found his way to safety. The home is very old Florida style, so it may not suit some fancy travelers but for anyone on a budget who wants to feel like they are at a friend's house - this is your spot."

"we had a very nice overnight staycation! We have stayed here prior for our daughter's wedding, so it was a nice trip down memory lane. Didn't get to use the pool- it was obvious people were walking up from the beach access and monopolizing the space. Would be nice if they put in a keycard or someone to monitor. The beach was wonderful, music on the decks lots of fun! We will be back when it's not a holiday weekend so we can actually enjoy the pool. Rooms are very comfy and clean. No luggage carts were available when we checked in or out, so be prepared to drag everything to your room. Valet was very quick- even with it being a holiday weekend. We look forward to returning!"
